One of the unexpected outcomes of being trained in some basic innovation techniques that staff at BJE NY-SAJES experienced was how these tools also applied to everyday life. It was quite remarkable to hear people by the water cooler and over lunch talking about how they applied subtraction or the principle of a closed world in their home life.
In just a few weeks we have seen how training in creativity and innovation can not only influence what takes place in the work place but how it can influence your world view and approach to life.
